XHE Capital is committed to conducting its business responsibly. We support the UK Government’s objective of eradicating modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. Our Business, Organisational Structure and Supply Chains

XHE Capital is an independently owned asset manager. As a specialist business, we have a limited supply chain. Our principal suppliers include office space, office services (including security, catering, office supplies. cleaning, and waste management). IT and technology, professional services, and business travel.

Policies and Commitments

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We implement this commitment through our management policies and processes. We will continue to review and develop policies and supplier processes across our business to ensure a robust and consistent approach to supply chain risks and develop further initiatives to raise awareness of modern slavery among our employees.

Modern Slavery Risks and Transparency in our Supply Chains

As a provider of investment management services we consider the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within our business to be very low. We apply robust policies and procedures concerning pre-employment screening (including work eligibility checks) and employment conditions. We only deal with reputable and well-established suppliers of goods and services.

Education and Training

We ensure that our staff responsible for procurement have sufficient skills and information to recognise the key issues and risks of modern slavery and how these must be addressed. We are committed to promoting and maximising awareness of modern slavery risks across our organisation.
